[People News] Singapore's Prime Minister Lawrence Wong made his first visit to China since taking office, meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping on the morning of June 24. Video footage reveals that Xi Jinping spoke only a few polite remarks and looked down at his script 5 times within just 17 seconds, while Wong spoke extensively without referring to his notes. Analysts suggest that Xi Jinping may be experiencing aftereffects of a stroke, and this incident further substantiates ongoing rumours about his health crisis.

The video shows Wong delivering a long speech in English fluently and smoothly, while in the brief 17-second clip, Xi Jinping was seen looking down at his script 5 times. He read a total of 43 characters in this segment, averaging a glance down every 8 characters.

In the video, Xi Jinping stated: "I believe that under the guidance of Prime Minister Wong and the new government, Singapore's national development will achieve even greater progress. This year also marks the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Singapore"......

Independent commentator Chen Pokong analysed in his program that this could be attributed to Xi Jinping's stroke. Following his stroke, Xi Jinping has faced memory loss and delayed reactions, making it difficult for him to speak off-script, and he may even misstate information. He is concerned about being given an excuse by anti-Xi factions to remove him from power, which is why he is meticulously reading word for word from the script. In front of a younger Prime Minister, this is quite embarrassing and shows a lack of the poise expected from a leader of a major power.

From April 15 to 17, Xi Jinping visited Malaysia. On the morning of the 16th, Malaysian head of state Ibrahim met with Xi at the royal palace. Exclusive footage aired by China Central Television shows Xi holding a small notebook and reading from a script with his head down, while the Malaysian leader frequently glanced sideways at Xi, appearing confused and awkward. This scene quickly went viral around the world, igniting widespread debate. Analysts at the time suggested that Xi Jinping not only exhibited signs of physical issues but may also have had his ability to speak freely curtailed, being limited to reading from the script.

Following last year's Third Plenary Session, rumours surfaced that Xi Jinping had suffered a stroke, indicating a potential crisis in his leadership. U.S.-based economist Su Xiaohe reported that Xi underwent a craniotomy, which led to a decline in his cognitive abilities.

Recently, there have been circulating rumours that Xi Jinping has been ousted, with the regime in Zhongnanhai now allegedly under the control of Wen Jiabao and Zhang Youxia. The Epoch Times has reported that Xi Jinping is merely performing, doing whatever he is instructed to do and saying whatever he is told to say. △
