[People News] Nearly two months have passed since the Yu Menglong case emerged. Despite the suppression by the Chinese Communist authorities, netizens behind the Great Firewall continue their relentless pursuit of truth and justice. This unwavering determination to advocate for goodness and justice has profoundly impacted netizens outside the wall. In fact, the Yu Menglong case has become a historical event. They believed they had silenced Yu Menglong, but he has simply transformed his existence. From now on, he will be omnipresent in our lives.

What is particularly moving is that a Taiwanese netizen has crafted a Taiwanese identity card for Yu Menglong. He provided two main reasons why Yu Menglong should be recognised as Taiwanese: he has a Taiwanese father, and his farewell ceremony took place in Taiwan. However, what is truly poignant is that the identity card number assigned to Yu Menglong begins with the letter P, the first letter of the English word 'Paradise.' Nevertheless, some netizens contend that Yu Menglong would undoubtedly be born in China, as he arrived with a mission to raise awareness about the countless innocent lives taken by malevolent individuals, despite the painful journey. In truth, whether in mainland China or Taiwan, no one can let go of such a remarkable person as Yu Menglong.

Yu Menglong's senior entertainment agent in Taiwan, Sun Derong, whom he affectionately calls 'dad,' recently spoke about the Yu Menglong case on the variety show' '11 o'clock Hot Talk,' revealing the dark underbelly of the entertainment industry in mainland China.

Sun Derong expressed that he initially believed the company Yu Menglong signed with was excellent, being a state-owned enterprise and the largest brokerage firm in mainland China. After Yu Menglong gained fame from his role in 'Eternal Love,' he did not act for two to three years, leading Sun to think that it must be due to poor relations with the company.

Sun Derong noted that his own company also assists artists in establishing studios to help them reduce taxes, with all receipts and invoices being managed by the artists themselves. However, this is not the case in mainland China, where brokerage companies often help artists set up two or three studios, but the artists are unaware of the business activities, which are entirely controlled by the company.

Sun Derong further disclosed that Yu Menglong felt he did not have much money, yet he was confused about why there was so much in his account, raising suspicions of accounting irregularities. Sun lamented that Yu Menglong failed because he was not discreet enough; you need to gather evidence, and even your closest friends cannot be informed. If you say anything, it will lead to problems.'

Reflecting on his return to Taiwan after ending his career in mainland China, Sun Derong mentioned on the program that in Taiwan, he could leverage his intelligence and creativity to revive stagnant projects. However, in mainland China, he felt powerless due to the dominance of investors, the unspoken rules, and the overwhelming chaos. Consequently, he felt it was time to leave.

Yu Menglong first entered the entertainment industry as a singer, participating in 'Super Boy' in 2007, and later in 'Happy Male Voice' in 2013, where he achieved tenth place in the national finals. He then officially debuted and signed with Tianyu Media. At that time, he was 25 years old.

Do you remember the internet once featured a suspected recording of Yu Menglong (于朦朧) shortly before his death, in which he cried out, 'I have followed the rules since I was a child, I have been threatened by you since I was 25!' This statement shocked many. Essentially, since signing with Tianyu Media, he has been under their control.

Informed netizens have disclosed that the forces behind Yu Menglong's management company, Tianyu Media, are powerful and possess a formidable background. Within this seemingly glamorous entertainment empire, actors may simply be interchangeable pawns. Yu Menglong is not unwilling to resist; rather, he has long been ensnared in a vast system.

Following the Yu Menglong incident, a document purportedly titled the 'death list of Tianyu Media' began circulating online, inciting public outrage. This list includes Tan Beixi (談北西) from 2006 (car accident), Shang Yubo (尚於博) from 2011 (fall), Bian Ce (邊策) from 2015 (fall), Ben Xi (本兮) from 2016 (fall), Qiao Renliang (喬任梁) from 2016 (suicide), Ren Jiao (任嬌) from 2017 (fall), Cai Zhong (蔡重) from 2020 (suicide), and Lu Jiarong (呂佳容), who has been missing since 2019. This string of unusual deaths is chilling.

Statistics indicate that in just over a decade, including Yu Menglong, at least nine young artists linked to the company have died, yet the official conclusions are remarkably uniform: 'depression' or 'accident.' Statistically, such a concentrated and homogeneous series of deaths is unlikely to be a mere coincidence. This is not an isolated tragedy; it resembles an assembly line leading to hell, with Tianyu Media functioning as a factory for producing 'accidents.'

Tianyu Media is not just an ordinary private enterprise; it is the only 'state-owned artist management company' in China, with its parent company, Mango Super Media, affiliated with Hunan Broadcasting System. Hunan Broadcasting System is a state-owned entity and operates as a state-controlled market-oriented enterprise.

However, the shareholder list of Mango Super Media reveals the presence of several national-level power groups from sectors such as telecommunications, finance, and media, as well as pension funds. This indicates that Tianyu is not merely an entertainment company, but rather a 'monster' sustained by state capital and protected by political power.

Sun Derong revealed on the program that Yu Menglong's management company follows the principle of 'better to kill the wrong than to let go,' with a record of having up to 1,000 artists under contract.

Multiple industry insiders from the mainland have disclosed that Tianyu's business model does not focus on nurturing artists but instead on harvesting through 'contracts.' The company signs a large number of newcomers but only promotes a select few, leaving many artists shelved for long periods and deprived of exposure opportunities.

When these artists reach their breaking point and seek to terminate their contracts, they are confronted with exorbitant penalties, often amounts they could never afford in their lifetime. This system represents an unbreakable shackle for Yu Menglong, who comes from a humble background and has worked hard to achieve success.

Rumours suggest that Yang Mi has attempted to sign Yu Menglong three times, but each attempt ended in failure. This is because what Yu Menglong faces is not merely 'a company,' but a vast network woven by state capital and political power—a dark empire where no needle can penetrate and no water can flow. Yu Menglong's tragedy may have been sealed the moment he entered this 'state-owned slaughterhouse.'

In addition to employing 'contract traps' to extract money, the Yu Menglong case has revealed the dark side of the Chinese Communist Party's elite, where influential figures in the entertainment industry are allegedly using artists for money laundering and arms trafficking.

Investigations by netizens have uncovered that numerous 'Super Boy and Super Girl' artists have registered hundreds of companies under their names. Shortly after signing with Tianyu, Yu Menglong had already registered 13 types of arms-related trademarks. Some netizens looked into the companies associated with Yu Menglong and found a total of 45 trademarks, which include scientific instruments, paint, carpet cleaning, transportation tools, and even arms and fireworks. Yu Menglong operates two personal studios: the Shanghai Qimeng Film and Television Culture Studio, which was deregistered in November 2024, and the Dongyang Xianmeng Film and Television Culture Studio, which was deregistered in July 2025. Besides Yu Menglong, other artists such as Guo Junchen, Gong Jun, Wang Xinling, Zhao Liying, Huang Xiaoming, and Yi Yangqianxi have also registered trademarks related to arms and fireworks.

Yu Menglong may have been aware of the hidden scandals within Tianyu for some time and attempted to escape their control, which ultimately led to his tragic demise. This analysis is consistent with the insights shared by Mr Sun Derong.

In a related development, the renowned actress Zhang Xiaomin, who became famous in the 1980s and now lives abroad, recently shared a short video submitted by a netizen on her self-media channel.

In this video, the vengeful spirit of Yu Menglong enters a taxi and informs the driver, Old Wang, that his fall from the building was not an accident; he was pushed.

In this short video, the vengeful spirit of Yu Menglong gets into a taxi and tells the driver, Lao Wang, that his fall from the building was not an accident; he was pushed. "I was kept in the dark for three years because I learned a secret I shouldn't have known. They thought that if I died, everything could be covered up, but the vengeful spirit does not disperse."

Lao Wang asks, What is the secret?

The vengeful spirit of Yu Menglong explains: "That night, I witnessed senior executives at the company engaging in illegal transactions. They threatened me not to speak out. When I refused, they pushed me off the building, making it look like an accidental death."

Yu Menglong's spirit earnestly asks Lao Wang to help him seek justice so that the truth can be revealed, allowing him to rest in peace. The video concludes with the message: Some grievances must be addressed even after death; some truths will always be spoken by someone on your behalf.

Zhang Xiaomin and the involved party, Cheng Qingsong, were once classmates and colleagues. After the incident, she reached out to Cheng Qingsong out of concern, but he claimed he was not present at the scene.

Why did the Chinese Communist Party go to such lengths, deploying both the Cyberspace Administration and the Ministry of Propaganda to tightly control the Yu Menglong case? Zhang Xiaomin disclosed that the specific information she received was: "This matter was initially mentioned because someone brought up Xi Yuanping, so Xi Jinping ordered from the very beginning that this discourse should not be spread online." It is said that the current influential figures in Beijing's entertainment industry are Xi Yuanping.

Despite living abroad, Zhang Xiaomin, a former insider, believes she has insight into the details of the Yu Menglong case. Whether she is subtly conveying this through her video is left to our interpretation. Some netizens who viewed the video remarked that its content is implicit, suggesting that the truth also involves live organ harvesting and years of suffering.

In the video, the driver, Old Wang, asks the spirit of Yu Menglong why he chose him, to which the spirit responds that it is because Old Wang can see him.

This leads us to consider that those who can perceive Yu Menglong's grievances are not just random; they are kind-hearted individuals who are compelled to speak out against injustice.

However, the realities inside and outside the wall are starkly different. In a chaotic environment where information is muddled and online trolls are creating confusion overseas, how can one accurately distinguish between friend and foe?

Within the wall, Lin Beichuan, a military descendant regarded as closest to the truth and directly confronting the real culprits, has not been heard from since he visited the scene of the Yu Menglong incident in the Yangguang Shangdong Community on November 3. A netizen, Beixing Qiye, who has been supporting Lin Beichuan and advocating for Yu Menglong, posted on November 7: 'Lin Beichuan absolutely cannot be silenced; this issue has escalated significantly, and it is no exaggeration to say it is under intense scrutiny.'

He warned that if anything were to happen to Lin Beichuan, or if he became a target of a coordinated attack from both inside and outside, it would be impossible for another soldier to step forward in any future incidents that require a voice online.

Lin Beichuan and Beixing Qiye are both military personnel. Beixing Qiye disclosed that the Chinese Communist Party's navy employs an extensive public relations strategy that integrates both domestic and international efforts, ultimately aiming to label Lin Beichuan with a customised military-style online persona. Drawing from Lin Beichuan's experiences, writing style, and speaking habits, they seek to mould him into a character characterised by a strong sense of self-importance, severe emotionality, deliberate manipulation of public opinion, the creation of opposing factions, and the use of his military identity to incite rumours, all under the guise of justice to create chaos.

Beixing Qiye indicated that this approach would further undermine the authenticity of Lin Beichuan's identity and the credibility of his motivations for speaking out. The suspension of Lin Beichuan's Weibo account was a preparatory step for this, aimed at severing his ties with this group. In the future, any individual with a military background who speaks out can be subjected to the same treatment if they are deemed undesirable.

Beixing Qiye believes that these public relations tactics are not merely a straightforward suppression of public opinion; rather, they are using Lin Beichuan as a scapegoat, aiming to thoroughly dismantle him through extremely despicable and ruthless methods.

Some netizens inquired about the situation regarding the overseas navy's 'Goose Anchor'.

On October 28, Lin Beichuan posted that the 'Goose Anchor' is one of the leaders assisting the opposing side (the police) in creating and guiding the spread of rumours within the internal network, providing conditions for the prosecution of the suspect through online violence, and continuously issuing opportunities for the blue bottom/clean network plan within the internal network. This individual is primarily active on the external network while being a person from the inland, also an inland person.

Beixing Qiye mentioned that when he was invited by public security for a discussion, he specifically brought up the actions of the 'Goose Anchor', showing complete indifference to the hat. The 'Goose Anchor' and the hat are connected; she is the biggest undercover agent.

Overseas netizens have revealed on X that the goose anchor has three accounts related to the name 'gooser' on Threads. While there is a lot of information about Yu Menglong, there is also a significant amount of false rumours circulating.

In summary, this goose anchor has been spreading rumours on foreign Threads, leading netizens to widely disseminate them within the Great Firewall. This has resulted in two rounds of the 'Qinglang' campaign and allowed the suspects to successfully clear their names through lawsuits against online harassment. Currently, those who have been targeted by the goose anchor are back to their normal activities.

Indeed, just a couple of days ago, Jiguang Guang issued a statement and even travelled to Thailand. He not only proved his innocence but also assisted Song Yiren and Jiao Maiqi in clearing their names. November 7th marks the traditional Chinese solar term 'Lidong', and both Song Yiren and Fan Shiqi posted on Weibo, interacting with netizens. These suspects now seem to be acting as if nothing has happened.

Netizens are asking what the next steps should be. Lin Beichuan and Beixing Qiye have consistently emphasised that netizens should continue to support Yu Menglong as the main focus, writing letters, making phone calls, and maintaining the momentum. They should not be concerned about what happens to them. When writing letters, do not mention Lin Beichuan, as the other party may take the opportunity to resolve Lin Beichuan's situation, which would lead to the conclusion of the Yu Menglong case.

Netizens have been eagerly awaiting Lin Beichuan's safe return.
