High-ranking officials of the Communist Party are not getting vaccinated, leaving ordinary citizens to serve as guinea pigs. (Elite Forum)
[People News] Recently, the CCP's Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, the Health Commission, the Ministry of Education, and five other departments jointly issued a notice to include the HPV vaccine (human papillomavirus vaccine) in the national immunisation program. Starting from November 10, 2025, two doses of the bivalent HPV vaccine will be provided free of charge to girls aged 13 and older across the country.
Currently, the bivalent HPV vaccines approved for sale in China include those from Wantai Biological Pharmacy, Watson Biotech, and GSK (GlaxoSmithKline); the quadrivalent vaccines are from MSD (Merck Sharp & Dohme) and Sinopharm; and the nonavalent vaccines are from MSD and Wantai Biological Pharmacy. The bivalent vaccine can prevent infections from HPV types 16 and 18, which are responsible for approximately 70% of cervical cancer cases, while the nonavalent vaccine can prevent over 90% of HPV viruses.
The bivalent HPV vaccine that will be administered to children is domestically produced, supplied by Wantai Biological Pharmacy and Watson Biotech. The price for the national procurement of the bivalent HPV vaccine, announced at the end of October 2025, is not to exceed 27.5 yuan.
Previously, cities such as Nanjing, Lianyungang, Jinan, Ordos, Chengdu, Hainan, and Guangdong have already begun pilot programs for free vaccination.
In this context, some parents have taken to the internet to express their anxiety, revealing that schools have informed middle school students about the requirement to receive the PHV vaccine. If students choose not to get vaccinated, parents are expected to provide an explanation. However, parents are not medical professionals and find themselves confused about the vaccine. They are uncertain about potential side effects and whether it is appropriate for children of this age. Ideally, the community and hospitals should provide educational resources, but currently, there is a lack of information, and schools are pressuring parents to sign consent forms. This situation not only involves moral coercion but also threatens parents. One parent expressed their outrage, stating, 'We absolutely refuse to allow our children to be vaccinated blindly... Our children are not guinea pigs; their health is not something to be taken lightly.'
A netizen from Lianyungang also pointed out that the school is conducting a survey among first-year female students regarding their willingness to receive the PHV bivalent vaccine, and he 'firmly rejected it! The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has never had good intentions! Trusting them could lead to misfortune at best, or death at worst!'
Another netizen suggested, 'The PHV vaccine being offered for free to 13-year-old girls is a domestically produced bivalent vaccine, which seems to be testing the domestic product on children.'
So, what is the safety of the free vaccine currently promoted by the CCP, and should children be vaccinated?
First and foremost, the 'free' vaccine promoted by the CCP is not trustworthy.
Examining the history of the CCP's promotion of the COVID-19 vaccine to the Chinese population, it becomes clear that the so-called 'free' offerings from the CCP are indeed not credible. At that time, the CCP employed various tactics to encourage or even coerce everyone into getting vaccinated, including cash incentives, gifts, and threats of being barred from attending school or work if they did not comply. It seemed as though every Chinese citizen was expected to be vaccinated.
Looking back now, how many individuals have faced health issues as a result of vaccination? Those who have been severely harmed by vaccines find themselves without a platform for justice, lacking compensation, and facing suppression of their rights by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Meanwhile, ordinary citizens are enduring a range of health problems linked to vaccines, including lung nodules, leukaemia, heart attacks, strokes, and cancer. The CCP, which mandates vaccinations for the Chinese populace, takes no responsibility; the consequences are borne by everyone who has received the COVID-19 vaccine.
The CCP has promoted the idea that vaccination would prevent COVID-19, but what has been the outcome? Every Chinese citizen has received three vaccine doses and still contracted COVID-19. Who truly benefits from this situation? Only the interconnected vaccine manufacturers and the elite, who have profited handsomely by siphoning off the medical insurance funds of the Chinese people.
Let’s also discuss the domestically produced bivalent PHV vaccine that the CCP is currently advocating. Initially priced at 329 yuan, the bidding prices have plummeted across various regions, leading to a final collective procurement price of just 27.5 yuan. When a medical product essential for life safety sees its price shrink by 12 times, parents must carefully consider the implications.
Do not assume that just because it is 'free' there are no other factors to consider; with such a low-priced vaccine, who can assure its quality and safety? If issues arise, victims in the CCP's China have no means of obtaining compensation, nor do they have a channel to express their grievances.
Furthermore, victims of the PHV vaccine in several countries have initiated lawsuits against their governments and pharmaceutical companies.
Netizens in China have shared alarming accounts of the consequences of vaccination. One user stated, "I have a colleague who received the nine-valent vaccine and now experiences irregular periods with reduced blood flow compared to before." Another added, "Don't get vaccinated; I was 22 when I got it, and after the second month, my menstrual flow decreased significantly. Now at 30, I'm nearly in menopause." A third user claimed, "I heard that girls who get vaccinated struggle to conceive, and many HPV vaccine recipients need to rely on 'modern medical technology' to become pregnant." Yet another warned, "Don't get vaccinated; my friend got cervical cancer and died after receiving the shot."
A screenshot circulating on platform X suggests that the HPV vaccine has caused infertility in many women (and even if they do conceive, they often miscarry). It is claimed that only sex workers abroad are getting vaccinated, and the vaccine only protects against a limited number of HPV strains. How can we defend against one or two hundred types of viruses?
Data from health departments across several countries reveal numerous reports of side effects associated with the HPV vaccine. As of 2017, Japan recorded 3,130 cases of adverse reactions, including 1,784 severe cases (requiring hospitalisation or extended stays); Taiwan reported 115 adverse reactions, with 46 classified as severe; the UK noted 8,835 adverse reactions, with 3,038 severe cases; and the US had a total of 44,902 adverse reactions reported by 2018, including 3,836 severe cases. Reported side effects include muscle spasms, blurred vision, movement and memory disorders, multiple neuritis, pancreatitis, hemiplegia, epilepsy, and more.
In 2016, 63 girls aged 15-22 in Japan filed a joint lawsuit against the Japanese government and two pharmaceutical companies. One sixth-grade girl, Wangyue Luying, reported experiencing involuntary shaking in her limbs, loss of sensation in her right foot, and an inability to walk normally after receiving the vaccine, leading her to rely on a wheelchair.
As a result, Japan urgently halted its vaccination promotion in 2013 after a significant increase in reports of side effects.
In a video, a Danish doctor mentioned that some girls in Denmark experienced side effects of "postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome" after receiving the vaccine. These side effects included chronic headaches, nausea, abdominal pain, and uncontrollable limb movements. He questioned, "Shouldn't we wait for more research and data to confirm its safety before making recommendations?"
Recently, in the United States, the home country of GSK and MSD, 185 plaintiffs have filed lawsuits claiming that the HPV vaccine not only failed to prevent the cancers they sought to avoid but also caused them to develop the same cancers post-vaccination.
U.S. Health Secretary Xavier Becerra remarked that anyone who reads the clinical literature would not want to get vaccinated. The Gardasil vaccine produced by Merck has a 37 times higher likelihood of causing death in vaccinated children compared to the likelihood of dying from cervical cancer.
Ultimately, for the sake of children's health, it may be best to avoid vaccination.
Information regarding vaccine-related side effects is not accessible on the Chinese Communist Party's website. However, if parents were aware of the numerous adverse reactions associated with the HPV vaccine, they would likely reconsider. Even if there is a one in ten thousand chance of harming a child, one should not gamble with their health. Who can guarantee that their child will not be that one in ten thousand?
Simultaneously, doctors in Taiwan are cautioning parents that just because something appears safe at the moment does not mean it is necessary to vaccinate. The priority should be for parents to educate their daughters on proper sexual health concepts, enabling them to understand how to protect themselves and ensuring they have regular gynaecological check-ups each year; this is the correct approach.
The purpose of the HPV vaccine is to lower the risk of future illnesses, and it is likely that most parents would not agree to trade potential health risks now for that future benefit. Some netizens have suggested that if vaccination is being considered, it would be wiser to wait until just before marriage to receive the nine-valent vaccine, which is appropriate for individuals aged 18-45, rather than acting as test subjects for domestic vaccines at this time.
As netizens have noted, placing trust in the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) can lead to unfortunate outcomes at best, and fatal consequences at worst. The book "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" also asserts: "The lesson of history is that no promise made by the Communist Party can be trusted, and no guarantee will be honoured. Those who believe the Communist Party on any issue will ultimately pay with their lives on that issue."
The CCP has never undertaken any action that genuinely seeks the happiness of the people; this is inherent to its nature. However, the sudden push for middle school students to receive free vaccinations raises significant concerns about the true motives behind this initiative!
