Coup, Mutiny, Civil Unrest—Undercurrents Surge: Major Political Event to Explode in September

[People News] Currently, rumours are spreading online that Xi Jinping has lost his grip on power. Recently, two political phrases have been circulating in Beijing: "Changes in autumn, by October it will become clear", and "Things in Beijing's political circles have been very unusual lately, better not say more." Even more astonishing, the phrase "Changes in autumn, by October it will become clear" coincides with a prophecy made earlier this year by British psychic Craig Hamilton-Parker.

Coded Phrases Leak from Behind Beijing’s Iron Curtain

Du Zheng, an independent political commentator for Taiwan's Up Media, wrote on June 26 that between July and August—before the annual Beidaihe meeting—political rumours flooded the overseas internet. This new wave of rumours again centres around whether the current CCP leader, Xi Jinping, still firmly holds power, and is tied to the possible convening of the CCP's Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee this fall.

He said that in the midst of rampant rumours, observers treasure even the smallest snippets of information that manage to leak out from the tightly sealed city of Beijing—if it's firsthand, even a single phrase can be invaluable.

Du Zheng revealed that he recently received messages from two independent sources. One was from a well-known anti-Xi political elder in Beijing, who said something to the effect of: "Just wait and see—changes in autumn, by October it will become clear." The second source was the son of a deceased senior military officer, who said: "Things in Beijing’s officialdom have been very abnormal lately, but it’s not convenient to elaborate."

He commented that the end of every dynasty is always preceded by a flood of rumours, some of which turn out to be prophetic. However, it’s hard to determine the truth at this stage—only concrete information can verify that China’s current political situation is on the brink of a major shift. Whether it’s a coup, mutiny, or mass uprising, there are indeed turbulent undercurrents.

Some time ago, there were widespread overseas rumours that a CCP Politburo enlarged meeting was held in May, involving party elders discussing "removing Xi". Alleged top-level speeches floated around, and even a general proposal of "Xi down, Wang up" circulated, though no hard evidence emerged. Although Xi has since reappeared in high-profile events, it's still unclear—does he resemble Mao Zedong in total control, or Hua Guofeng, who was sidelined by Deng Xiaoping?

Nonetheless, Du Zheng noted that in recent days, some overseas individuals who maintain ties with people inside the system have accurately revealed information about upcoming purges of officials and military leaders within the CCP—information that eventually proved true. This suggests that there are insiders willing and able to share messages externally, and they are still relatively safe in doing so. He believes these people are certainly not from Xi’s faction, since most of those predicted to fall have been part of Xi’s power base.

"Changes in Autumn" Coincide with Parker’s Prophecy

At the beginning of 2025, British psychic Craig Hamilton-Parker predicted that the Chinese Communist Party would face an “invisible revolution” in 2025, driven by economic collapse, a real estate crash, local government debt crises, public dissatisfaction, and mass protests. He believes internal CCP divisions will peak around the Fourth Plenary Session, and the military—especially mid-level commanders and local power blocs—will challenge central authority, leading to a split in the leadership.

In March 2025, Parker reiterated that the CCP would see the end of its rule in 2025, and that China could transition to a federal-style democracy similar to the EU model. Regions like Hong Kong, Tibet, and Guangdong might gain greater autonomy or even independence. He forecast that this transformation would be driven by economic turmoil and a “genderless awakening,” with September 2025 being a critical tipping point, possibly marked by major political events.

This “key moment” in September, aligning with the phrase "Changes in autumn, by October it will become clear", is an astonishing coincidence!

Parker had previously predicted Trump's election, the 2019 Hong Kong anti-extradition protests, the resignation of UK Prime Minister Theresa May and Boris Johnson’s succession, Brexit, Prince Harry and Meghan’s departure from the royal family, massive natural disasters in Australia, the COVID-19 pandemic, Queen Elizabeth II’s passing, and the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war—earning him the nickname “the new prophet.”
