Honduras AG issues international arrest warrant for pardoned ex-president Hernandez


MEXICO CITY, Dec 8 - Honduras Attorney ⁠General Johel ⁠Antonio Zelaya on Monday ‍issued an international arrest warrant for former president Juan Orlando Hernandez, he said in a ;post on X.

Hernandez was ‍recently pardoned by ‍U.S. President Donald Trump and released from ⁠prison where ‍he ​was serving a 45-year sentence on drug ;trafficking ⁠charges.
