Rwanda s actions in eastern Congo a clear violation of accords, Rubio says

 


WASHINGTON, Dec 13 (Reuters) - Rwanda's actions in eastern ⁠Democratic Republic ⁠of Congo are ‍a "clear violation" of the peace deal signed in Washington under President Donald Trump, U.S. Secretary of ;State Marco Rubio ‍said on Saturday.

"The ‍United States will take action to ensure promises ⁠made to ‍the ​president are kept," the top U.S. ;diplomat ⁠said in a ‍post on X.
