Trump announces new military coalition to eradicate cartels in Western Hemisphere

March 7 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Saturday announced a new military coalition to "eradicate cartels" in the Western Hemisphere and said 17 nations had formally entered the alliance.
