[People News] The Chinese Communist Party excels not in governance, but in stealing, lying, and suppressing. It does not create; it merely seizes what others have created and then adorns itself with it.

Two alumni from Peking University, who moved abroad years ago, have won the Fields Medal, and both the CCP and Peking University are eager to take credit, as if this were a monumental achievement of the Communist Party. This shameless appropriation of others' accomplishments is not only absurd but also deeply tragic.

Take a look at today's Peking University campus; where is the semblance of an academic sanctuary? It has become nothing more than a high-pressure prison disguised as a university. Access requires credentials, and there are security checks at the entrance; surveillance cameras are positioned at every angle of the podium, and informants planted by the Communist Party lurk among the students. A teacher who makes even a minor mistake risks dismissal or, in severe cases, imprisonment. In such a climate of fear, professors can only recite from textbooks like a tape recorder, while students can only memorize mechanically like machines. Can such a barren intellectual environment produce top scientific achievements? This is a blatant affront to human intelligence!

As you walk through the campus of Peking University, it is difficult to find the vibrant energy that young people should embody; instead, you are met with pairs of tired, numb, and dull eyes. These young lives resemble trapped beasts that have been confined in a small cage for years; while their bodies remain, their souls have long since perished under suffocating control. They have been stripped of their thoughts, denied the power to question, and have become mere standardized waste on the assembly line of the Communist Party's system. Only by breaking down this high wall and allowing them to escape the totalitarian grip of the Communist Party and return to the freedom of nature can these souls shine once more and reclaim the confidence and vigour that are inherent to humanity.

The truth is harsh: had Wang Hong and Deng Yu not chosen to venture across the ocean back then, had they not completely severed their ties with the oppressive Communist Party regime, what would their fate be today? They would likely have become crushed PhDs in the vast army of delivery workers or categorized as 'unstable factors' under strict surveillance during the unemployment crisis. It was the environment of freedom that saved them, not the Communist Party's cage that facilitated their success.

The Chinese people have never been short of wisdom and kindness, nor have they lacked the innate ability to seek the truth. However, under the dark rule of the Communist Party of China, their minds are forcibly filled with nonsense, their bodies are ruthlessly exploited and damaged, their souls are tightly bound, and their freedom is utterly obliterated.

Chinese Communist Party, please put aside your greedy and hypocritical facade! The achievements of Wang Hong (Wáng Hóng) and Deng Yu (Dèng Yǔ) are not connected to you in any way. Without your persecution and restrictions, they would only excel further; had it not been for the devastation caused by the Chinese Communist Party, this land would have already produced more Nobel Prizes, and the wisdom of China could have genuinely benefited the world. The Chinese Communist Party distorts toxins into nutrients and presents the escape of prisoners as a triumph of the system. It is the Chinese Communist Party that represents the greatest obstacle to the Chinese nation’s integration into modern civilization! △
