In the video circulating on the X platform, a bespectacled man is seen standing at the entrance of the Kunming Victory Memorial Hall, holding a white banner that reads 'Xi Jinping Step Down', which drew the attention of passersby who began filming. A man in uniform, wearing a red armband, was observed on an electric bicycle in front of the banner holder. He did not intervene but instead made a phone call, likely reporting the situation to his superiors.

At this time, the personal details of the bespectacled man and the reasons behind his banner display remain unknown.
