Xi Haiming: The CCP’s Transnational Repression Is End-Times Madness

[People News] Shen Yun Performing Arts showcases China before communism. Since its founding in 2006, the CCP regime has continuously tried to sabotage it. Beginning in 2024, under the direct orders of CCP leader Xi Jinping, the state machine suddenly escalated its transnational suppression of Shen Yun and Falun Gong, adopting more extreme terrorist tactics: death threats, bomb scares, shooting threats, and arson threats one after another.

Xi Haiming: Attacks on Falun Gong Are a Unified CCP Operation

In an interview with Dajiyuan reporters Song Tang and Yi Ru, Xi Haiming, Chairman of the Inner Mongolia People’s Party and Speaker of the South Mongolia Parliament-in-Exile, said:
“Slandering Falun Gong is not an individual act but a coordinated CCP operation. Before, such attacks rarely appeared online. But later, even people who had never spoken against Falun Gong suddenly started attacking it.”

He explained: “The Communist Party never acts in a scattered way—here a shot, there a shot. Now it has money, people overseas, and when money is abundant, someone will always do its dirty work. It uses every resource and condition it can to commit evil.”

“I know an overseas friend who used to help me occasionally. Last October, out of nowhere, he sent me four or five articles attacking Falun Gong. Later, when I visited him, he treated me to dinner, showed me these articles, and even led me to meet certain people.”

“I thought: if someone overseas is not a CCP agent, even if they dislike Falun Gong, why would they make such propaganda efforts? I believe this was arranged by the Party.”

“I told him: What’s the point of sending me this stuff? I’m not a Falun Gong practitioner, but when it comes to opposing the CCP, we are on the same front.”

Xi Haiming added that some so-called overseas “cultural celebrities” who appear to show discontent with the CCP are, in reality, sent by the Party. They indirectly attack Falun Gong, doing what the CCP wants but cannot do openly.

“The CCP will never stop attacking Falun Gong. It has too many people, too much money, and it’s willing to spend on this. So besides ‘Director Wang,’ there will be ‘Director Zhang’ and ‘Director Li’—different departments set up to attack Falun Gong,” he said.

Personally Experiencing Attacks from CCP Informants

Xi Haiming said he has personally experienced attacks from CCP-trained informants.

“Several years ago, when I went to Dharamsala in India, to Taiwan, and to Scotland, I felt completely surrounded. In more than 30 years abroad, it was the first time I had such a feeling. You can’t tell who they are. They even secretly approached my children, trying to sow discord. They aimed not only to politically isolate me but also to isolate me emotionally and within my family. It was mentally tormenting.”

“If it were an open political struggle, fine—soldiers block soldiers, water stops water. But the CCP uses underhanded tricks, all kinds of manipulative tactics. My approach was simple: the reckless fear nothing. I put my life on the line. No matter how great the rewards—gold mountains, silver seas—I would not waver.”

“I’ve been a vegetarian Buddhist all my life. How could I suddenly, before death, drink a bowl of dog meat soup?”

Xi said the CCP tried to lure him back with promises: “They told me that during holidays I should give public speeches saying Mongolians are happy, and then they’d give me this or that.”

“These tricks only fool opportunists. I’ve fought the CCP for 46 years. For those truly determined to resist, the Party’s ploys are nothing but cheap tricks.”

Publishing in The New York Times Equals Helping CCP Propaganda

Since the CCP launched its transnational suppression in spring 2024, The New York Times has published 12 articles attacking Falun Gong and Shen Yun.

Xi said, “The New York Times today represents the so-called white left. They are not communists, but ideologically they echo the CCP and act as fellow travellers.”

He added, “I may sound old-fashioned, but I feel the end of the world may be near. Both Buddhism and Christianity speak of the end times. Now, with U.S. leftists promoting gender transition for children and letting men enter women’s bathrooms, the world has gone mad. From Adam and Eve, God created families. Now the family itself is being destroyed.”

He pointed out that CCP-linked media attacks are futile in the end: “They attacked Trump viciously, but in the end, they failed. Trump was nearly assassinated—had his head not tilted slightly, he’d be dead. But God protected Trump and America, not letting the CCP’s loyal sons and grandsons prevail.”

“When people send me New York Times articles, I tell them not to. I don’t have time to read them, and doing so only amplifies CCP propaganda. Such pieces may be orchestrated by the CCP itself. Sharing them with others is effectively expanding the CCP’s reach. That is intolerable.”

“The CCP is the enemy. If it doesn’t collapse, none of us has a future,” he said.

Xi Haiming said that the CCP’s infiltration of the United States is very serious, and its attacks on Falun Gong will not stop anytime soon. But the future of Falun Gong is bright. The CCP’s fellow travellers overseas who attack Falun Gong are like ants trying to shake a tree—utterly overestimating themselves. “That’s why I am full of confidence in Falun Gong,” he said.

CCP Suppresses Falun Gong Out of Fear

Xi explained that the CCP’s escalating overseas repression of Falun Gong stems from fear.

First, Falun Gong is powerful. It has Dajiyuan, NTD Television, and Sound of Hope Radio. It has also attracted many overseas Chinese intellectuals who studied abroad after the reform era. Talented people continue to join, proving Falun Gong’s popularity and appeal. Falun Gong promotes both physical and spiritual health, so the number of practitioners will only grow.

The CCP, he said, sees Falun Gong as a mortal threat and thus strikes at it.

Second, Falun Gong practitioners are motivated not by money but by faith. In today’s China, people believe only in money and power. Whoever has power is boss, is “supreme leader.” Falun Gong, however, is purely a faith-based community—something the CCP fears most.

He added, “The CCP can infiltrate overseas Mongolian groups with agents, but it struggles to penetrate Falun Gong, because practitioners cannot be bought off. Inside China, imprisoned Falun Gong members can be released if they renounce their faith—but many refuse, even under torture, even to death. That level of conviction is formidable.”

“For years, the CCP has tried to sow discord within Falun Gong, but it has failed. Falun Gong only grows stronger. Today, overseas, it is the most powerful Chinese community organization.”

“Falun Gong’s unity has set an example. Some people criticise Falun Gong, but I push back. I tell them: you could curse the CCP for a full day and still not finish—so why waste time finding fault with Falun Gong? That’s confusing friend and foe. Falun Gong is our ally. Criticising them only serves the CCP and objectively helps its cause.”

“We must all unite to completely bury the CCP and begin a new, bright era of history,” he said.

“We Must Cooperate to Counter the CCP”

Xi Haiming stressed, “Falun Gong has abundant talent, fully capable of responding. The media must keep telling the truth, exposing and striking at the CCP. If we let them run wild, the free world will suffer huge losses.”

He added that today’s world lacks political idealism; most groups are pragmatic, wrangling over interests. Faith-based groups, however, are different—they do not fall into such disputes.

He argued: “Whenever the CCP attacks Falun Gong or any other group, we must cooperate in fighting back. Otherwise, if everyone just minds their own business, the CCP will divide and conquer us.”

“If the CCP doesn’t collapse, none of us has hope. Only when it falls can there be hope,” he said.

The CCP’s Transnational Repression Is End-Times Madness

Xi Haiming concluded: “The main reason for the CCP’s transnational repression is that it is already on its last legs. This isn’t a curse—it’s obvious to all that its end is coming.”

“The cross-border suppression of Falun Gong reflects nothing but the CCP’s end-times madness. As the saying goes: ‘Whom Heaven wishes to destroy, it first drives mad.’ The Party is already insane. Nothing can save it—its fall is inevitable.”

“The CCP is an evil criminal syndicate. Its downfall is certain. And it won’t be a matter of replacing bad communists with good ones—there are no good ones. A good man thrown into a pack of wolves becomes corrupted, too.”

He warned that repression will continue, perhaps more covertly, but it will never succeed.

“Since Trump’s rise, his main mission has been to deal with the CCP. The Party is now in grave danger. Even Europe has changed. Years ago, when I spoke with European parliamentarians about human rights, they hesitated to take photos with me—afraid Beijing might protest or complicate future visits to China. Now it’s no problem. Everyone sees clearly that the CCP is evil.”

“Especially now, under Xi Jinping’s absolute dictatorship, he sees everyone as a potential rebel. In his eyes, all are enemies. His repression only sharpens contradictions within the regime. Ordinary people hope for his downfall, and even purged princelings and second-generation elites hate him bitterly.”

“Xi Jinping is accelerating the CCP’s demise. In the past, when we overseas criticised the CCP, it seemed disconnected from daily life. But now Xi bans the Mongolian language in schools—even kindergartens. Mongols see clearly: Xi and the Party want to wipe us out. We can’t even speak or learn our own language. Following this regime means only extinction.”

“This has awakened everyone. Overseas Mongolian freedom activists never achieved such broad mobilisation—but Xi has done it for us. That’s why I say Xi is truly the accelerator-in-chief of the CCP’s destruction.”

“The CCP’s demise is inevitable. The signs of its collapse are already unmistakable,” he said. △
