On December 4, 2024, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader Xi Jinping, accompanied by members of the Central Military Commission (CMC), visited the headquarters of the newly established Information Support Force in Beijing.
[People News] Since the 18th Party Congress, the frequency of purges within the top ranks of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has been unprecedented. Xu Caihou, Guo Boxiong, Fang Fenghui, Zhang Yang, Li Shangfu, Wei Fenghe, Li Yuchao — and more recently, the nine generals involved in the He and Miao case — have all fallen. Among them are three vice chairmen of the Central Military Commission (CMC), five officials at the vice–national level, around ten CMC members, and at least twenty full generals. The CCP accuses them of corruption or “engaging in unorganized political activities” (a euphemism for coup plotting). But these are not the real reasons.
Some crimes committed by senior CCP military officials go far beyond what most can imagine: human biological experiments, live organ harvesting, and the killing of the builders of underground bunkers.
Madness Under the “War for Bio-Dominance”
As early as 2010, the PLA proposed the concept of “biological dominance warfare” — openly declaring that biotechnology would be integrated into new military strategy. They boasted that “genetic weapons can kill invisibly, imperceptibly, and without defense — a cheap, efficient weapon of mass killing.”
Professor Guo Jiwei of the PLA Third Military Medical University explained that “biotechnology will define the battlefield within the human body itself — targeting the person, limited to the person, capable of attacking specific organs or biological traits, even down to certain genetic fractions.” He added that “biological sensors or controllers can be implanted inside or outside the body, allowing commanders to monitor a soldier’s position, health status, combat capability, and emotional responses in real time.”
Cooperation Between the Military and Scientific Institutions
Seven years ago, researchers at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences partnered with a private company named Cool Growth (酷成长) to develop EEG-based brain–machine interface technologies, using AI to interpret biological signals. Through such technology, the CCP seeks to integrate humans and machines.
The Jamestown Foundation’s China Brief published an article titled “China’s Military Biotechnology Frontier: Immunological Weapons, Military–Civil Fusion, and the New Revolution in Military Affairs,” exposing how Beijing disregards ethics and civilian–military boundaries, pushing biotechnology toward weaponization despite catastrophic risks.
Jedidiah Royal, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, issued a stark warning that the CCP is frantically developing bioweapons shunned and prohibited by the international community:“China (the CCP) is interested in areas of biotechnology that could support weapons development, including advanced biological and chemical weapons.”
Human Experimentation: A Nation Turned Into Lab Mice
Developing biological weapons requires live human testing. Informants from mainland China who submitted evidence overseas revealed that the CCP operates multiple live biological weapon laboratories:
-
Beneath the Wuhan P4 Institute of Virology lies a PLA-run bioweapons facility controlled by the General Staff Department, using as “live donors” missing university students, teenagers, and Falun Gong practitioners.
-
In Beijing’s Chaoyang District, within a water-surrounded military restricted zone, another vast underground experimental city exists, where live organ harvesting and biochemical weapons research are ongoing.
They say numerous hidden PLA bases deep in the Qinling Mountains, built under China’s “Third Front” military projects, are involved in similar research. One entrance, located in dense forest between Chencang District of Baoji and Taibai County, Shaanxi, is guarded by armed police with shoot-on-sight orders. Deeper inside, Falun Gong practitioners are used as live experimental subjects for bioweapon research. Guards are prohibited from carrying phones or contacting the outside world and must sign lifelong confidentiality agreements after each assignment.
Currently, the CCP’s exploration of cross-disciplinary biotechnologies — such as bionic robotics, intelligent exoskeletons, and human–machine collaboration — has reached an advanced stage.
CCP Science Becomes Evil When Used for Self-Interest
In June 2021, Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson reported that a high-level CCP defector had been cooperating with the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for three months, providing intelligence on Beijing’s biological weapons programs.
Former PLA National Defense University president Zhang Shibo once stated that advances in biotechnology make it possible to create synthetic pathogens that are “more toxic, more infectious, and more resistant.”
Under the CCP’s military–civil fusion strategy, biology has always been a top priority. China’s research into CRISPR-Cas immune weapons — an advanced gene-editing system that can activate or silence multiple genes simultaneously — is at the forefront globally.
The recently concluded Fourth Plenary Session made it clear that the CCP’s development strategy relies heavily on technological advancement. But CCP-style science aims to destroy humanity and nature for self-serving gain. Xi Jinping’s claim that “at 70, one is still young” reflects a worldview that weaponizes science, opposing traditional human-centered values such as cultivation and moral self-refinement.
Evil Hidden in the Mountains
After actor Yu Menglong’s death, attention shifted to the mysterious death of “Glacier Brother” Wang Xiangjun, a popular vlogger known for filming in Tibet. State media still list his death as “a mystery.” Internet users reviewing his footage found he had repeatedly filmed a helicopter marked “International Medical”, which frequently appeared in Tibet and had also landed on hospital helipads in Xi’an and Luoyang.
Insiders claimed that this helicopter was used to transport human organs. Wang had also filmed burned ID cards belonging to young people scattered across remote Tibetan areas, and a tunnel near the Nepal border leading underground.
Some believe Wang was silenced because of what he discovered. Inside abandoned military caves and air-defense tunnels in Sichuan and Tibet, it is said that homeless people, kidnapped youth, and believers outside the Communist faith are detained as sources for organ harvesting and human experimentation. Informants describe the PLA as an isolated, self-contained system where atrocities are routine — rape, torture, and dismemberment occur under the guise of “policy enforcement.”
The PLA has also built a massive underground city between Beijing and the mountains of Hebei, luxuriously furnished as a refuge for top CCP leaders in times of catastrophe. Engineers and construction workers who knew the core details of the project were reportedly killed to silence them.
Military writer Lv Yongyan commented that “genetically modified biological weapons can destroy the environment, disrupt evolution, damage human health, and impair biological systems.” He noted that He Fuchu, Vice President of the PLA Academy of Military Sciences and a geneticist, has long been a key proponent of weaponizing biotechnology. In 2017, He publicly stated:
“Modern biotechnology — integrated with information, nanotechnology, and cognitive science — will revolutionize weapons, battlefields, warfare, and military theory.”
Researchers Elsa Kania and Wilson VornDick from the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) also observed that top Chinese military officials and scholars emphasize the offensive potential of biotechnology, prioritizing its use for military purposes.
Does Xi Know?
Does Xi Jinping know that the PLA’s “scientific advancements” are built on the murder of Chinese citizens? Of course he does. He is fully aware of the mass killings and live organ harvesting of dissidents and spiritual believers. He also knows that the CCP’s so-called “scientific development” is just a façade — for no technology can ultimately withstand earthquakes, plagues, or natural disasters that bring technological collapse. But Xi, blinded by Party ideology, has become the CCP’s final scapegoat, unable to turn back.
