Taking Stock of the Chinese Communist Party’s Top Ten International Atrocities and Disgraceful Acts of 2025 (Part I)

[People News] The year 2025 is coming to an end. This has been an extraordinary year: strange phenomena appeared both in heaven and on earth; international affairs shifted constantly; natural disasters and man-made calamities occurred frequently around the world, many of which were linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Especially on the international stage, the CCP displayed one atrocity and disgrace after another. As a result, people around the world have continued to abandon evil, choose good, and distance themselves from the CCP. At the end of the year, we hereby take stock of the following, in the hope that people may further clarify right and wrong, good and evil, and return to kindness and justice.

I. Actor Wang Xing Rescued From a Telecom Fraud Compound, Accidentally Exposing Collusion Between the CCP and Scam Parks

Twenty-two-year-old mainland Chinese actor Wang Xing was lured to a telecom fraud compound in Myawaddy, Myanmar. Wang Xing’s family and girlfriend made every effort to rescue him, and many celebrities who had previously worked with Wang Xing also helped by reposting missing-person notices, drawing the attention of overseas media. Thai police later announced that Wang Xing had been rescued.

The Wang Xing incident was dug up by netizens worldwide. Myawaddy is an area where various criminal gangs hide, integrating telecom fraud, human trafficking, and organ trafficking. There are currently still large numbers of Chinese people there, and many of those deceiving people in the compounds are Chinese. There are multiple such compounds in the Golden Triangle. Some of the bosses of the fraud zones are colluding with figures of power and privilege in the CCP state, and utilities such as electricity are provided by the CCP state. In one of the compounds, there were even slogans written such as “Do not forget the original aspiration, forge ahead with determination …” — slogans in Xi-style language.

The world exclaimed in shock: it turns out that telecom fraud compounds are connected to the CCP.

II. Holding Rare Earths Hostage to Wage a Trade War, Ever-Changing Export Policies Reveal the Helplessness of a Bandit Nature

Not long after U.S. President Trump took office, he imposed a 34% tariff rate on the CCP state. The CCP immediately took rare earths and other resources hostage, stipulating that relevant enterprises must obtain approval from the State Council for exports. The tariffs imposed by the United States on CCP-state goods rose as high as 145%. At the same time, after the United States, Europe, and other countries rolled out multi-channel solutions from domestic sources and other countries, the CCP softened its stance and relaxed exports. In June, it reached an agreement with the United States on the export of important resources such as rare earths and magnets. However, after European and American countries released goodwill, the CCP suddenly changed course in October, announcing an expansion of export controls on five types of rare earth elements and related technical materials.

Trump expressed anger at the CCP’s practice of using rare earths to hold the world hostage, and immediately imposed an additional 100% tariff on CCP-state goods, while also implementing export controls on “all critical software.” On December 18, the CCP suddenly announced that it had approved general rare-earth export license applications for some Chinese (CCP-state) exporters. Such back-and-forth, capricious changes are precisely an exposure of the CCP’s characteristics as a kidnapper and rogue dictatorship that bullies the weak and fears the strong.

III. Exporting Shoddy Construction to Thailand: The Thai State Audit Office Building

On March 28, 2025, local time, an earthquake of magnitude 8.2 struck Myanmar, causing nearly ten thousand casualties. In neighboring Thailand, more than 1,000 kilometers from the epicenter, the office building of the Thai State Audit Office that was under construction with the participation of China Railway Group of the CCP state was destroyed. This was the only building in Bangkok to collapse in this earthquake. Four people from CCP-state construction units illegally entered the collapsed site in an attempt to steal 32 key documents and materials. Subsequent investigations found that the construction party had used substandard building materials, including steel rebar. The CCP-state construction unit then vanished, leaving the site empty. Thai authorities issued arrest warrants for 17 people related to the building project, many of whom were CCP-state nationals. The world discovered that the CCP’s shoddy construction not only harms people at home, but is also exported to the world.

IV. Exporting Persecution, Forcing the Malaysian Government to Detain Falun Gong Practitioners

From April 15 to 17, 2025, the CCP party leader visited Malaysia to attend meetings. On Sunday, April 13, Malaysian police suddenly arrested 76 Falun Gong practitioners who were routinely reading and studying at a shop in Cheras. Afterwards, informed sources revealed that some police officers’ working styles were very similar to those of CCP police, and that the CCP’s Confucius Institutes in Malaysia, under the guise of cooperation, specifically provide and cultivate advanced equipment and advanced experience for CCP police work. People around the world discovered that the CCP’s output to the international community is not limited to economics, culture, technology, and values, but includes concrete acts of violent law enforcement.

V. Offering Bounties to Hunt Down Republic of China DPP Legislator Shen Bo-yang, and Internet Celebrities “Ba Jiong” and “Minnanh Wolf”

The CCP claimed it would, through Interpol, conduct a global manhunt for them for “suspected involvement in activities to split the country.” The bounty offered reached as high as RMB 250,000 (approximately NT$1 million, equivalent to US$32,000). Once the wanted notice was issued, it became the subject of global ridicule.

Shen Bo-yang is the founder of the “Kuma Academy,” and has long promoted civil defense training and researched China’s cognitive warfare. The two internet celebrities are known for their anti-CCP stance. The CCP determined that they were engaged in “Taiwan independence work” or were “Taiwan independence hitmen.”

This so-called “cross-border justice” triggered ridicule from outside observers that the CCP’s “long-arm jurisdiction” had reached a state of ignorance and stupidity. Interpol does not handle political matters—this is common knowledge in any country. The CCP, accustomed to ruling over heaven and earth and enslaving Chinese people, thought that the whole world would listen to it and fear its bandit brutality in seizing the territory of the Republic of China. President Lai Ching-te of the Republic of China responded swiftly, stating that China (the CCP state) has no jurisdiction over Taiwan.

Previously, in June of this year, the CCP promulgated new regulations on “punishing Taiwan independence,” under which “splitting the country” can carry the death penalty. The CCP’s targeting is very clear, pointing at the president, vice president, and others of the Republic of China. Lai Ching-te responded: democracy is not a crime, and the CCP has no authority to punish the people of Taiwan. The U.S. State Department also issued strong condemnation.

Observers pointed out that the CCP is attempting to combine legal warfare, public-opinion warfare, and psychological warfare, while also testing international reactions. What it received, however, was ridicule: the CCP itself came from Europe, illegally seized the land of the Republic of China, and it should be the Republic of China that issues wanted notices for the CCP—that would be justice.
