Before his death, Xiangya Second Hospital transplant department intern doctor Luo Shuaiyu had reported illegal organ transplants at the hospital. On May 8, he mysteriously fell to his death. His father has since spoken out online on his behalf. (Video screenshot)
[People News] In a normal country, a doctor’s duty is to save lives. But under a system devoured by profit and power, doctors can become executioners. In May 2024, Luo Shuaiyu, a 27-year-old medical intern, fell to his death from Central South University’s Second Xiangya Hospital. The incident was hastily labelled a suicide caused by “psychological issues.” However, a year later, a 16-jin (8-kg), 1,119-page whistleblower dossier emerged, exposing one of the darkest and most horrifying secrets of China’s healthcare system: human beings being treated as organ warehouses—priced, harvested, and silenced.
This is not merely a medical scandal—it is a systemic, cannibalistic tragedy.
1. A Doctor’s Death Reveals the Hospital as a Slaughterhouse
On May 8, 2024, while on duty, Luo Shuaiyu suddenly “fell” to his death. The hospital and local police quickly labelled it a suicide, citing “mental instability.” But an independent data team hired by his family recovered recordings and documents from his encrypted laptop that revealed he had been investigating illegal organ harvesting inside the hospital.
He documented how the hospital deliberately delayed treatment for certain patients, induced brain-death-like symptoms, then moved them to the ICU and persuaded family members to sign “donation consent forms.” The organs were then harvested and transferred through designated channels. When families raised questions, medical records and surgical logs were conveniently “missing” or had “pages removed.”
Even more shocking were recordings of cold-blooded comments from hospital insiders:
“Post-op, he’ll be brain-dead anyway—better to prepare in advance.”
“This patient’s condition is beyond saving—we might as well match him for donation.”
These remarks came from a central figure referred to by netizens as the “devil doctor”—Liu Xiangfeng of the Second Xiangya Hospital.
2. The Devil Doctor — Liu Xiangfeng
In 2024, based on Luo’s revelations, Liu Xiangfeng, Deputy Director at the Second Xiangya Hospital, was sentenced to 17 years in prison for “intentional injury” and related charges. But this punishment was far too lenient for his crimes. Investigations confirmed he had forged patient records and conducted unnecessary surgeries, causing five people to become severely disabled and one to be slightly injured. Liu often fabricated illnesses, removing healthy organs to pocket surgery fees and equipment kickbacks. Luo’s records showed Liu falsely diagnosed a patient with a benign liver tumour as having cancer, removed his gallbladder, implanted chemotherapy ports, and subjected him to three rounds of chemo and radiation, leaving him 90% disabled. In another case, Liu misdiagnosed minor rectal bleeding as rectal cancer, removed the rectum, and left the patient with lifelong faecal diversion disability.
But according to Luo’s documentation, Liu’s case was only the tip of the iceberg. Behind it lies a vast, systemic network of collusion among medical personnel, administrators, and external organ brokers that remains unexposed.
3. The Live Organ Harvesting Industry Chain
One recovered audio recording exposed a research project inside the hospital involving child samples. A doctor requested Luo to collect samples from 12 children aged 3 to 9, specifically requiring “inferior vena cava blood” and using the term “recipients,” emphasising that “children’s kidneys are fragile.” This triggered intense suspicions of live organ trade.
Well-known commentator Tang Jingyuan noted: “Collecting inferior vena cava blood is not for medical experiments, as the authorities claim. It’s a signature indicator of live organ harvesting, because corpses don’t bleed. The blood has already dried.”
4. Failed Cover-Up, Escalating Harassment
According to Luo’s parents, the hospital offered 15 million yuan (~$2 million USD) in “compensation” in exchange for their silence. After refusing, they were subjected to internet censorship, account bans, blocked petitions, and even police summons.
Despite public outrage, authorities continued to insist that Luo had “mental problems” and flatly denied all whistleblower content, without ever launching an independent investigation. Legal scholars have commented: “This is a classic example of stability maintenance overriding the truth.”
5. Human “Ore” in Four Provinces: Systemic Collapse Confirmed
Independent journalist Wang Jizhou revealed that in Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, and Shandong provinces, multiple elementary and middle school principals were extorted by discipline inspection officials, forced to pay 5 million yuan in “embezzlement penalties” that were funneled into overseas accounts designated by senior officials.
Principals unable to pay were reportedly forced to find students with rare “panda blood” (RH-negative)—used as “human ore” for transfusions, sampling, and even organ “donations.” This terrifying exposé caused a public uproar, but it’s just the tip of the iceberg in the CCP’s cannibalistic organ trade. When humans are commodified and traded in an industrial chain, every one of us becomes “human ore.” Remaining silent in the face of such crimes is tantamount to accepting the CCP’s atrocities and aiding its crimes against your own family.
Do the police really not know the truth? Why do they remain silent in the face of the live organ harvesting industry chain? According to overseas journalist Liu Zheng, the Chinese Ministry of Public Security had orally relayed instructions from top leadership: to ensure senior CCP officials have access to live organ replacements, local police departments were instructed not to file such cases. But can any police officer guarantee that the next child targeted won’t be their own?
Under CCP totalitarian rule, “faith” has long been replaced by power, money, and fear. The regime is built on struggle and sustained by suppression. With no independent judiciary, media oversight, or ethical constraints, live organ harvesting is no longer a “rumour”—it’s a technologically systematised black-market industry.
6. Netizens React
Some netizens commented: “As long as the CCP remains, never consider China a normal country. The fact that the ‘Luo Shuaiyu case’ couldn’t be fully silenced under such strict surveillance, censorship, and internet throttling is itself big news. China has no independent judiciary. Everyone knows who the organ harvesting is for. In local areas, they could bury an entire family alive, and no one would know—government visibility is that low. Just look at the ‘chained woman’ or Hu Xinyu cases.”
Others summed it up: “The logic of ‘revenue generation’ has devoured medical ethics.” The Liu Xiangfeng case shows how hospitals turned departments into profit workshops: inventing fake surgeries, overusing expensive consumables, even stealing organs from the morgue (chat logs refer to: ‘first come, first served in ER morgue’). Intern Luo Shuaiyu, suspected of being silenced, refused to participate in an illegal kidney trade where he was pressured to provide “12 kidney donors aged 3–5.”
For 70+ years, the CCP’s consistent project has been to destroy the conscience and morality of the Chinese people. Luo Shuaiyu is not an isolated case. Before him was Li Wenliang. In other sectors, there were major events like the Nanjing Peng Yu case and illegal wage protests.
Renowned journalist Zhao Lanjian commented: “What I refer to is the symbolic significance and public impact of the Luo Shuaiyu case in Chinese society, comparable to how the George Floyd incident in the U.S. triggered mass awakening and collective moral shock. Not a comparison of identities, but to emphasise that this is a watershed event for awakening justice and challenging the system. Luo Shuaiyu is not merely one of many victims—he was a lone hero who dared to expose the live-harvesting system. His death deserves global attention.”
In fact, CCP organ harvesting crimes go back decades. On August 9, 2024, Falun Gong practitioner Cheng Peiming, a rare survivor of live organ harvesting, presented physical evidence and described her ordeal publicly in the U.S., shocking the world.
Falun Gong is a Buddhist spiritual practice combining meditation, moral upliftment, and health improvement. It poses no threat to society. Yet in 1999, CCP leader Jiang Zemin viewed it as a threat to his power and launched a brutal crackdown. Falun Gong practitioners detained in prisons became a massive source of free organ donors. According to incomplete statistics, over 1 million Falun Gong practitioners have had their organs harvested during 26 years of persecution—a crime against humanity.
Tragically, when the organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners first came to light, most people in China chose not to believe it or to remain silent. That silence emboldened the CCP’s greed. Now the regime’s evil hands reach across society—even babies aren’t spared. If you’re reading this report today, don’t be a silent bystander. Share this information with those around you. Organ harvesting isn’t a story—it’s happening right beside us.
