During Beijing’s September 3rd military parade, Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin discussed immortality and organ transplants, shocking the public. (Screenshot from NTD video)
[People News] On September 3rd, a huge scandal erupted during Beijing’s military parade. CCP leader Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and North Korean supreme leader Kim Jong-un, while heading to the parade site, were happily chatting about achieving immortality through “organ transplantation.” They showed no awareness that this is a horrific, murderous topic, implicating the safety and lives of countless ordinary people. Their words and laughter were broadcast live by CCTV, sparking public outrage and ridicule, with netizens comparing them to monsters talking about eating “Tang Monk’s flesh.”
CCTV’s live broadcast showed that before the “9.3 Parade” ceremony began, Xi Jinping walked with other heads of state toward the venue. During this, Putin brought up the topic of lifespan. In the video, when the interpreter relayed one of Putin’s remarks, the sound was especially clear. Putin said that with organ transplants, “human organs will continue to be replaced, people will live younger and younger, and may even achieve immortality.” Then, after a burst of laughter, Xi Jinping responded: “Predictions say that within this century, humans may live to 150.” Kim Jong-un, standing nearby, leaned toward Xi, seemingly very interested in the topic.
This video segment has since been deleted by Chinese authorities, but was preserved by outlets such as the BBC. In the BBC’s full video, the exchange can be seen at around 3 minutes 40 seconds.
Once Xi and Putin’s conversation surfaced on overseas social media, it triggered a heated discussion.
Netizens said: “This is exactly like the monsters in Journey to the West discussing the magical effects of eating Tang Monk’s flesh.” “Two dictators openly talking about organ harvesting and immortality? They’re not even pretending anymore.” “Just one slip of the tongue, one recording, and the sheer evil is laid bare.” “Looks like besides exporting poverty, hunger, and communism, the CCP also wants to export young Chinese people’s live organs to foreign elites!” “Xi saw Putin drifting toward Trump, so he pulled the dirtiest trick—offering him organs, promising he could live 150 years—to lure Putin back onto his side. Let’s see what Putin chooses.” “Isn’t this the CCP boss personally confirming crimes against humanity and mass murder through live organ harvesting? The next step should be the world uniting to hold the CCP—a terrorist transnational criminal syndicate—on trial and bring it to justice!”
Feng Chongyi, Associate Professor at the University of Technology Sydney, posted on X that dictators’ obsession with immortality is long-standing, and that the crime of live organ harvesting alone means the Xi regime cannot escape divine retribution.
Current affairs commentator Li Linyi told Epoch Times that the Xi-Putin exchange confirms years of international accusations that the CCP runs a state-backed live organ harvesting industry, and that Chinese elites enjoy a secret system of organ “special supply.”
Xi’s remark that “humans may live to 150” comes from a CCP research program specifically aimed at extending leaders’ lifespans: the “981 Project for Senior Leaders’ Health.” According to Baidu, it was launched in 2005 with “No. 1 leader medical experts,” designed solely for China’s top leadership, with a stated goal of extending life expectancy to 150. But after online questions about organs “specially supplied” to CCP elites, Baidu quietly deleted its content about the “981 Health Project.”
Exiled Chinese tycoon Guo Wengui revealed in 2017 that CCP elites receive organs on a “special supply” basis, replacing organs to prolong life: “They harvest live organs and kill on demand.”
Guo claimed Jiang Mianheng, son of former CCP leader Jiang Zemin, had three kidney transplants, killing five people. Former Politburo member and Central Politics and Law Commission secretary Meng Jianzhu arranged liver and kidney transplants for his mother, and even his wife received two kidney transplants. All these organs were sourced by Meng’s trusted enforcer, Sun Lijun (former Vice Minister of Public Security, now sentenced to death with reprieve), who procured matches from prisons—killing inmates, sometimes even killing the wrong person.
For CCP officials, murdering people to obtain organs is seen as natural, even routine. Ordinary people are viewed as “human mines” to be exploited at will.
For example, Zhang Hanzhi, wife of former Foreign Minister Qiao Guanhua, died of lung disease in January 2008. State media reported: “Half a month before her death, she discussed with her doctors where to place an oxygen tank in her room. She said once her memoirs were finished, she would replace her lungs and get rid of the oxygen tank. She had already had two kidney transplants, escaping death each time...”
From her tone, one can see how CCP elites regarded killing for organs as normal—as if buying pork lungs at a market. There was no guilt, only the mindset of enjoying entitlement, never considering the victims as human beings.
China had only single-digit organ transplant cases per year in the past. But after July 1999, when the CCP launched its persecution of Falun Gong, transplants exploded. According to CCP state media reports compiled by “World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong,” between 1999 and 2006, liver transplants skyrocketed to 15,207 cases—an average of over 1,700 per year, a 180-fold increase.
In 2019, an independent tribunal in the UK concluded beyond a reasonable doubt that China’s lucrative organ transplant industry sources its organs primarily from persecuted Falun Gong practitioners, Uyghurs, and other political prisoners.

List of missing young men in Wuhan. (Dajiyuan)
In recent years, CCP organ harvesting has expanded from targeting Falun Gong to the wider society. For example, in Wuhan, hundreds of young men disappear every year. Most are healthy male college students, over half taller than 1.8 meters. All are from ordinary—often poor—families. Not a single case has been reported among officials’ or CCP cadres’ families. This strongly suggests that behind China’s skyscrapers and bustling traffic lies a massive network involving police, hospitals, transportation, pharmaceuticals, and organised crime, colluding to prey on Chinese people’s organs. The money trail drips with innocent blood.
In July 2024, a college student revealed on Xiaohongshu that when he was a sophomore, he signed an organ donation agreement with the Red Cross. In 2023, he received a call from Red Cross staff saying a match had been found, asking if he would donate his heart. He replied, “I’m not dead yet.”
Since 2024, more evidence of CCP organ harvesting has surfaced: Large numbers of teenagers keep disappearing. Fudan University in Shanghai set up a “Children’s Major Organ Transplant Centre.” A deputy director of urology at a Sichuan hospital publicly said, “Infant kidneys are useful.” The CCP pressures high schoolers to bypass parents and pledge organs. CCP textbooks for middle and elementary schools include organ donation content. Even simple minimally invasive surgeries in China can result in “brain death.” Families accuse Wuhan hospitals of falsifying medical records to seize organs.
China’s huge class of retired and current officials demands enormous numbers of organs. How many young people must be killed to meet their needs? This is clearly an organised, systematic crime of mass extermination. Without the machinery of the state, it would be impossible.
How many people has the CCP already killed for organs? One day, the truth will come out.
