[People News] On September 22, “World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong” (WOIPFG) released “WOIPFG: The Shocking Dark Secret of the CCP Military’s Harvesting of Baby Organs.” According to information provided by insiders from CCP military hospitals, the report exposes that more than a decade ago, CCP military hospitals launched experiments in “baby organ transplantation.”

According to reporting by Dajiyuan journalist Li Jiesi, WOIPFG (full name: World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong) stated in the article: this project was protected and promoted by families at the highest levels of Zhongnanhai, with the goal of extending CCP senior officials’ lives to “150 years.” A black-market transplant industry chain of “caged babies” was established; some donors came from “designated babies” born to captive women through artificial insemination; military hospitals had already made major breakthroughs in the technology of baby organ transplantation, which was then widely promoted.

The whistleblowing expert said: “This is one of the most evil medical crimes in human history.”

In 2019, an advertisement went viral on China’s WeChat claiming that the CCP’s 301 Hospital had launched a special medical service to extend the lives of CCP senior officials to 150 years. Data shows the project actually started as early as 2005, with the involvement of a top national medical team.

WOIPFG learned that more than ten years ago, the CCP military hospitals had secretly carried out baby organ transplants. But because baby organs are extremely small and blood vessels are very fine, the surgeries were difficult and carried high risks of thrombosis, leading to high failure rates at the time. In recent years, however, military hospitals have achieved breakthroughs in two key technologies, refocusing on baby organ transplantation. Baby organs have the advantages of “easy matching, best quality, and the ability to self-develop with growth.”

The two technological breakthroughs are: military medical teams have mastered surgical operation techniques, and Zhejiang University developed a drug that significantly reduces the risk of post-surgery venous thrombosis.

WOIPFG’s investigation revealed that as early as 2013, the former Second Military Medical University’s Shanghai Changzheng Hospital performed organ transplant surgeries using three babies (at 33 days, 40 days, and 50 days old) as donors. Chief physician Zeng Li of the hospital’s Organ Transplant Centre said: “Through breakthroughs in technical standards, we have made infant organs clinically valuable…”

So, how are baby organs obtained? WOIPFG’s investigation showed the following methods:

Caging women: Illegally abducting women (allegedly including Falun Gong practitioners) or purchasing women, forcing them to become pregnant and give birth to baby donors.

Artificial insemination: Extracting sperm from the recipient’s family, performing artificial insemination to produce baby donors genetically related to the recipient, ensuring successful matching.

WOIPFG learned that China’s three major baby organ supply bases are located in Shandong, Henan, and Sichuan, with some surrogacy and prostitution gangs having shifted to participation in this business.

The whistleblowing expert also revealed that he once attended a so-called “Baby Organ Seminar” — essentially a black-market organ promotion conference hosted by the military, intended to facilitate cross-hospital cooperation and expand the supply-demand network.

Because the industry is protected and controlled by high-level Zhongnanhai families, baby organ transplantation is not publicly acknowledged and instead uses methods to evade regulation. For example, patients are taken to private hospitals to avoid oversight, while surgeries are performed by experts from major hospitals, and there are secret bases specifically for live organ harvesting.

The whistleblower also stated that the enormous profit chain behind baby organ transplantation combines mafia and official power. Exposing this will provoke assassination attempts from both the “black and white sides,” and therefore he suggested that only by obtaining more solid evidence can the international community fully recognise the CCP’s crimes.

WOIPFG believes that because there is no regulation, the organs of children and newborns may become the best donor sources for life extension and the most promising “human gold mine.” Thus, it calls on the international community to designate the CCP as a state terrorist organisation, establish a transnational investigative alliance, conduct a full investigation, and sanction the CCP medical institutions and top officials involved. △
