[People News] “You have helped countless Communist Party members, Youth League members, and Young Pioneers cut ties with the CCP regime—that is a tremendous achievement.” “Dictatorships will eventually perish, and this evil totalitarian regime in China will be overthrown or collapse. The 450 million brave people who have quit the CCP will stand at the forefront of a free New China.” These heartfelt words came from different speakers at the Sydney rally in support of the 450 million Chinese people who have made the “Three Quits.”
On September 28 (Sunday), from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the Sydney Quit the CCP Service Centre held the rally at Town Hall to celebrate the historic milestone of 450 million people making the “Three Quits.”
On November 19, 2004, The Dajiyuan published the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, which for the first time in human history exposed the CCP’s evil essence and triggered a massive wave of withdrawals. This movement has been regarded as a great pioneering effort by the Chinese people to resist the CCP’s tyranny peacefully, rationally, and nonviolently, while seeking spiritual freedom and liberation. As of September 29, 2025, nearly 452 million courageous individuals have abandoned the CCP.
The rally began with the stirring and majestic sounds of the Tian Guo Marching Band. People from all walks of life gathered to show support for this vast, peaceful spiritual awakening movement, sending a strong message of conscience and justice to the world.

Renowned Expert: Dictatorships Will Inevitably Collapse
David Flint, a renowned Australian jurist, Professor of Law (Hon.), and former Chairman of the Australian Broadcasting Authority, emphasised that all dictatorships come to an end, and the CCP’s evil totalitarian regime is no exception.

He said that rejecting the CCP is no ordinary choice—it requires immense courage. He believes that those who bravely risked everything to make the “Three Quits” will stand at the forefront of a future free China.
Flint also condemned the CCP’s murderous nature. “The CCP is not a government, but a criminal syndicate operating for its own interests!” he said. He noted that between 1949 and 1976, CCP rule caused the deaths of 60–80 million people through famine and persecution, showing its evil essence.
Flint specifically denounced the persecution of Falun Gong, exposing the CCP’s “ruin their reputations, bankrupt them financially, and destroy them physically” three-step strategy. He cited the conclusion of the independent tribunal chaired by Sir Geoffrey Nice, a judge of the High Court in London, which confirmed that the CCP harvested kidneys, livers, and hearts from healthy young Falun Gong practitioners to establish an on-demand organ trade.
“This practice of profiting from living people’s organs has been ruled by an international independent tribunal as a clear crime against humanity.”
China scholar Professor Feng Chongyi of the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) also emphasised that the CCP’s ideology has already collapsed, reducing it to a “zombie regime” that exists only to prolong its survival.

Professor Feng praised the Three Quits movement led by Falun Gong practitioners as “the most successful and largest social movement against the CCP’s tyranny.”
In his speech, he first congratulated participants in the movement, praising their “tremendous success.”
“It is because of your efforts and success that more and more countries and people around the world are awakening to the evil essence of the CCP regime. They are moved by your courage, perseverance, and wisdom, and are determined, like me, to support your great cause.”
He quoted Confucius’s famous saying: “An army may be deprived of its commander, but even a common man cannot be deprived of his will.” He praised every person who quit the Party, emphasising that while Falun Gong practitioners are ordinary people, the CCP’s violent machine can strip an army of its general, but cannot strip an individual of conscience, will, and dignity.
“This is a symbol of your courage, perseverance, and wisdom,” he said.
From a historical perspective, Feng noted that the collapse of communist regimes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe from 1989 to 1991 had already announced the demise of world communism. Today, the five remaining communist regimes—China, Vietnam, Laos, North Korea, and Cuba—are “extremely isolated” on the world stage. He believes that the power gathered by the Quit the CCP movement is fueling the final push to end all communist tyranny.
“All dictatorships and tyrannies will ultimately be overthrown or self-destruct,” Feng said. “We are fighting in the right direction—we are standing on the right side of history.”
He stated, “The CCP regime has lost its foundation, stability no longer exists, and its ideology has long since collapsed.” He further believes that the CCP’s red regime will end at the hands of the “Second Red Generation” represented by Xi Jinping.
Lyle Shelton, Chairman of Australia’s Family First Party, also spoke at the rally, saying that the CCP’s evil political ideology will not last.

“The CCP is the most evil political ideology in human history. It caused unprecedented massacres in the 20th century, and Xi Jinping is continuing Stalinist ambitions that threaten the security of Australia and the Pacific!” he said.
Shelton said that since his youth, when he began studying the history of communism, he has been a staunch anti-communist. He pointed out that whether Lenin, Stalin, or Mao Zedong, communism brought only unprecedented bloodshed and tyranny, causing the deaths of tens of millions of people in the 20th century. “Mao Zedong was history’s bloodiest mass murderer, yet his portrait still hangs in Tiananmen Square, which is intolerable.”
He warned that dealing with a regime that still glorifies Mao Zedong is a massive contradiction and danger for the free world, and the West must be extremely vigilant.
Quit the CCP Centre Representative: Three Quits is Not Political Struggle but a Moral Awakening
Lawyer Newton Xu, representing the Sydney Quit the CCP Service Centre, gave a speech. He said that the Three Quits wave has become “one of the most important historical events of the contemporary world,” demonstrating the moral awakening of the Chinese people and the complete decline of the CCP regime.

He analysed three major reasons behind the Three Quits wave.
First, the CCP regime has reached a dead end. From extreme “zero-COVID” policies to sudden reopening, the flip-flopping pandemic measures caused humanitarian disasters and social division. Then came the collapse of China’s stock market, real estate, foreign exchange, and bond markets, leaving the economy in total dysfunction. The 2025 crisis remains unsolvable. He noted the loss of confidence among Party elites, with many officials’ children emigrating and transferring wealth abroad.
Second, the CCP’s ideology runs counter to traditional Chinese culture. For thousands of years, Chinese culture has valued reverence for Heaven and ancestors, moral cultivation, and harmony between Heaven and man. Marxism-Leninism, however, is based on struggle and atheism. Since 1949, the CCP has never won popular support through elections, but instead relied on authoritarian rule, violent campaigns, cultural destruction, and suppression of freedom.
Finally, the CCP’s crimes are innumerable. Since 1999, its bloody persecution of Falun Gong has continued for 26 years, involving imprisonment, torture, propaganda lies, and even live organ harvesting. He called this “evil unprecedented on this planet,” which continues to this day and extends overseas.
He stressed that quitting the CCP is not a political choice, but a moral choice: “The Three Quits is about safeguarding conscience, humanity, and the future.”
With 450 million people already making this choice, he said, history’s tide is now irreversible. As more people stand on the side of truth and freedom, the CCP will perish.
John Deller, spokesperson for the Falun Dafa Association of Australia, also emphasised that the Three Quits is a spiritual revolution, marking the awakening of the people.

He quoted former Czech president Václav Havel on the deeper meaning of the movement.
“If the flames of totalitarianism are fueled by the timid and fearful, the antidote is a personal revolution of spirit and thought, awakening self-responsibility, courage, and strength.” The Three Quits wave “marks the awakening of the Chinese people—they dare to take responsibility for what is happening in China and demonstrate steadfast courage and strength,” he said.
Deller said bluntly that the CCP’s rule is built on lies, while Falun Gong’s principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance expose those lies, making Falun Gong the CCP’s primary target of fear and suppression.
He quoted Soviet dissident Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn: “If everyone stopped lying, the communist system would collapse on its own.” He pointed out that the CCP relies on lies to control people’s minds and spiritual world, while Falun Gong’s 26-year-long resistance has helped people break free from such mental manipulation and regain free will and spiritual strength.
Deller further said the CCP not only manipulates thought domestically, but also exports lies overseas through “cognitive warfare,” carrying out cross-border suppression and infiltration, from culture and religion to information.
“The Quit the CCP movement provides exactly such an opportunity,” Deller said. “It helps Chinese people understand their experiences and break free from the shackles of communism. This is not opposing China, but supporting the Chinese people—and it will bring them happiness.”
Democracy activist Mr Fu said that quitting the Party, Youth League, and Young Pioneers symbolises the Chinese people’s rejection of CCP tyranny and marks an important step toward a free, democratic, and bright future for China.

Fu stressed that the Three Quits is not just symbolic, but a resolute act of resistance against CCP tyranny, representing the Chinese people’s move toward freedom and democracy.
“Those (brave people) who made the choice to quit the CCP have broken free from lies, awakened their conscience, and chosen to stand on the side of truth and justice.” He described each of them as “a beam of light shining in the darkness.”
Australian Government Urged to Stop the CCP’s Crimes
“We must stand up against the CCP! They oppress Tibetans, minorities, ban books, censor the internet, and silence freedom of speech—making people disappear just for speaking the truth!” Ganesh Loke, former federal election candidate for Parramatta and an entrepreneur, said at the rally.

He stressed that the wave of 450 million quitting the CCP is accelerating, showing the unstoppable awakening of the people. Loke called on Prime Minister Albanese to openly condemn the CCP, recognise the contributions of Falun Gong practitioners, and acknowledge the CCP’s crimes of suppressing free speech and murdering people.
He praised Falun Gong practitioners’ courage: “Despite surveillance, torture, and fear, millions of Falun Gong practitioners have stood firm against unimaginable brutality. You are the bravest people!”
Loke emphasised that Falun Gong’s nonviolent resistance to the CCP’s violent persecution reflects the power of nonviolence advocated by Mahatma Gandhi. “Nonviolence is a force no one can defeat. Falun Gong practitioners do not preach violence, yet they confront the CCP with faith and resilience, which is admirable.”
Mehmet Celepci, Secretary of the Uyghur Association of Australia, also urged the Australian government to take action and hold CCP officials accountable. He stressed that the CCP has lost global legitimacy, with even its officials’ families fleeing China in search of refuge in free countries.
“Why are they fleeing? Because under CCP rule, anything can happen,” he said.

He praised the 453 million people who quit the CCP as great news and expressed hope that more would join in order to eradicate communism, which he described as a virus to the world.
At the rally, Falun Gong practitioners displayed truth banners exposing the crimes the CCP has committed against the Chinese people since its founding, as well as the background and significance of the Quit the CCP movement. Many passersby stopped to read and showed their support by signing.

In addition to guest speeches, Falun Gong practitioners also performed waist drum dances, guzheng and erhu music, singing, and other programs. These traditional arts conveyed the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, showcasing an uplifting spirit and the power of reviving Chinese culture.
