At the Moment Huang Qifan Chose to Participate in Live Organ Harvesting, His Fate Was Already Sealed.

[People News] On October 13, Huang Qifan, the former deputy secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Committee and former mayor, known as the 'Weeble of the officialdom,' was officially announced to have fallen from grace. Just days before this announcement, reports indicated that his planned attendance at a forum in Hangzhou was 'cancelled for reasons.' It was also said that he had once again gone in to 'drink tea,' and sources claim he cried bitterly and knelt down to plead for mercy... Just a few days after the 'prophecy of leading far ahead' was made, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) struck down the hammer.

I wonder if everyone remembers that over a decade ago, after the 18th National Congress of the CCP, Huang Qifan was widely believed to have his career ended following the dual expulsion and judicial transfer of Bo Xilai. However, he not only managed to retain his position as mayor of Chongqing but also, surprisingly, was elected as a new member of the Central Committee. At that time, during a speech at a conference for official transfers held in Chongqing, Huang Qifan shed tears twice and could only continue after a prolonged period of crying.

The tears he shed during this performance reflected a mix of emotions, including sentimentality, relief, joy, and heartache. However, fourteen years later, Huang Qifan ultimately could not escape the CCP's fate of 'killing the donkey after the grind,' which means he will now spend the rest of his life in prison alongside his two former partners, former Chongqing Municipal Committee Secretary Bo Xilai and Sun Zhengcai.

There are claims that Huang Qifan's downfall is linked to the corruption within the state-owned assets and financial systems in Chongqing, which is not surprising. Reports suggest that his son profited significantly in Chongqing in the past and is now receiving cancer treatment in Hong Kong, where his condition has stabilised. Additionally, Huang Qifan's former associates, including Ruan Lu, the former director of the Chongqing Financial Office, have also come under investigation. As someone who considers himself an economist, Huang Qifan is well aware of how to gain profits in the financial sector.

Some believe that Huang Qifan's fall is due to the departure of his protector, Wu Bangguo, while other supporters have also stepped back, leaving him vulnerable. In the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) system, there are very few officials who are not corrupt, so the CCP's anti-corruption campaign does not merely focus on corruption itself; it also examines political loyalties, factionalism, and any inappropriate comments made. It is possible that Huang Qifan has been found lacking in these respects as well.

Both of these points are plausible and interconnected. However, for those who believe in cause and effect, it seems that from the moment Huang Qifan chose to align himself with Bo Xilai and engage in live organ harvesting, his fate was already determined.

On August 29, 2013, The Epoch Times revealed a recording of Bo Xilai during his visit to Hamburg, Germany, in September 2006. At that time, Bo Xilai was still the Minister of Commerce and was visiting Germany with Wen Jiabao. The recording features Bo Xilai, and from it, the following information can be discerned:

1. Bo Xilai explicitly admitted to participating in the horrific act of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners during his tenure in Liaoning.

2. Bo Xilai explicitly stated that the order to 'harvest organs from Falun Gong practitioners' originated from Jiang Zemin.

3. Personnel from Chinese embassies abroad, including Ma Canrong, who served as the Chinese Communist Party's ambassador to Germany at the time, were fully aware of the heinous acts committed by Bo Xilai and the CCP's involvement in the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners. Bo Xilai did not believe that the CCP government was incapable of handling the issuance of a diplomatic note to Germany.

4. Officials at all levels of the German government were aware of the atrocities committed by Bo Xilai and the CCP regarding the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners. To avoid any association with 'criminals' and the potential for future condemnation, German political leaders requested the Foreign Ministry to issue a diplomatic note, seeking to verify Bo Xilai's 'criminal' status and possibly alter the meeting protocols. However, Germany, which has suffered greatly from the Nazis, has not publicly reported on its 'estrangement' from Bo Xilai.

After Bo Xilai assumed leadership in Chongqing, he similarly introduced the evil of live organ harvesting to the region, while Huang Qifan chose to collaborate with him.

In early 2016, Chongqing petitioner Deng Guangying gave an interview to the overseas media outlet NTD, where she disclosed what she knew about the CCP's organ harvesting crimes, as well as her own experiences with live organ harvesting surgeries.

Deng Guangying mentioned that there was a gang involved in live organ harvesting in Chongqing, where many individuals were secretly kidnapped. Between 2006 and 2011, the number of missing persons in Chongqing was particularly high. A relative of Deng Guangying was involved in this illicit trade. She believes that the missing persons during this period were primarily victims of live organ harvesting. Those who had their organs harvested were mostly detained Falun Gong practitioners and ordinary citizens who had gone missing.

Deng Guangying revealed that her relative involved in the crime of organ harvesting is Deng Zhangxin. After starting a family, he has been living in the Beibei District of Chongqing, where he earned over ten million yuan from organ harvesting, primarily by connecting with individuals from the Beibei District Public Security Bureau. Above this bureau is the district party secretary, Lei Zhengfu, who oversees operations, along with relatives of Bo Xilai and Hechuan District Party Secretary Wang Zuoan, among others. Higher up are officials from the Chongqing Municipal Committee, including Bo Xilai and Huang Qifan, who collaborated to establish a 'human organ trafficking' company. Wang Lijun and Gu Kailai were also involved in this operation. The harvested organs were supplied not only to major hospitals but also sold to British businessman Ai Wude (phonetic). 

To expose the Chongqing organ harvesting ring, Deng Guangying made multiple petitions to the Chongqing municipal government. On one occasion in 2012, Zhou Hongliang from the petition office bluntly told her, 'The issue of organ harvesting and trafficking is being orchestrated by Bo Xilai and his wife Gu Kailai, along with Huang Qifan from the Chongqing Municipal Committee and Hu Jiankang from the Standing Committee of the People's Congress. Can I really bend these people?' 

As a consequence, Deng Guangying became a target of the organ harvesting gang and was even forced to undergo an organ extraction. At a critical moment on the operating table, the surgery was halted when her uncle, an official in Chongqing, intervened to rescue her; he was the head of the Chongqing Municipal Procuratorate at the time. 

There is no doubt that Deng Guangying's testimony confirms that Huang Qifan was also involved in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and the crime of organ harvesting. Whether actively or passively, the moment he chose to collude with the already nefarious Bo Xilai, his blessings will eventually run out, and he will face retribution, as decreed by heaven.

Currently, Huang Qifan's retribution has come; his son, who is still quite young, has been diagnosed with cancer. Who can say this isn't yet another instance of karma?

Whether or not people believe it, the net of heaven is extensive and all-encompassing, leaving no one unaccounted for. All officials who have engaged in wrongdoing, regardless of their past glory, have already sealed their ultimate fate. History is replete with examples, and there are also numerous real-life cases occurring one after another.
