[People News] The two sessions of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) commenced as scheduled in Beijing on March 4, but this year stands apart from previous years due to a series of recent events that have instilled an unprecedented sense of fear in both the CCP and Xi Jinping.
Firstly, Venezuelan President Maduro was captured alive by the United States in his own bedroom. Shortly after, on February 28, Iranian leader Khamenei and 40 senior commanders were eliminated by a U.S. bombing, placing the Iranian dictatorship in jeopardy. These two incidents have been enough to frighten Xi Jinping to the point of sleepless nights.
Secondly, both Venezuela and Iran utilised Chinese-made air defence systems, which proved to be completely ineffective. As a result, the armed forces of Venezuela and Iran became blind and deaf, left with no choice but to endure attacks without the ability to retaliate.
Media reports indicate that during the conflict in Iran, the Chinese-made Beidou navigation system malfunctioned entirely, leading Iranian officials to lodge a protest with the CCP.
Previously, the CCP routinely dispatched military aircraft to circle Taiwan as a form of intimidation. However, since February 28, Chinese military aircraft have not reappeared in Taiwan's airspace. It appears that the CCP military has recognised the significant gap between itself and the U.S. military, realising that it is simply not a contender against the United States. This suggests that Taiwan has consistently exhibited considerable restraint, not out of fear of provoking the Chinese military, but rather out of a lack of interest in engaging in confrontations with Chinese military aircraft.
The recent conflicts in Venezuela and Iran have highlighted the U.S. military's precise decapitation tactics, which have left Xi Jinping feeling uneasy. Even if he chooses to live like a rat in a gutter, hiding in the tunnels of Zhongnanhai, it seems unlikely that he will find peace of mind.
Moreover, the coordinated surprise attack by the U.S. and Israel on Iran successfully eliminated Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and several high-ranking generals, with media reports attributing this success to Israeli intelligence operations. Israel's effective infiltration of Iran to gather critical intelligence and monitor Khamenei's daily activities played a significant role in this operation's success.
Recently, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) released a video publicly seeking informants in China, explaining that this initiative aims for "victory without fighting." It is evident what stance the U.S. has taken regarding the Chinese Communist Party, and this strategy has instilled fear in both the CCP and Xi Jinping.
On March 2, the "Jun Zhengping Studio" of the People's Liberation Army Daily published a brief article titled "Silent War, Everyone Needs to Stay Vigilant" on its official Weibo account. The article suggests that the strongest fortresses are often compromised from within. It notes that the "international game is becoming increasingly intense," and tactics such as infiltration, espionage, and subversion that create internal chaos have become standard methods for certain factions.
According to reports from Radio France Internationale, the military newspaper's article conveys a sense of being surrounded by formidable adversaries, asserting that "the ever-changing international environment serves as a constant reminder: the strongest fortresses are often breached from within." It urges "everyone to heighten their vigilance and uphold their bottom line" to establish a "24/7, all-encompassing" security network.
On February 28, following the U.S. military airstrikes that killed Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and several senior generals, the People's Liberation Army Daily's 'Jun Zhengping Studio' quickly published an article that evening titled 'The Chinese People Must Always Maintain a Vigilant Awareness of Danger in Times of Peace.' The article asserted, 'Peace has never simply fallen from the sky, and war will not recede just because we pray for it. Throughout human history, the law of the jungle has prevailed, and the survival of the fittest has never faded away.' It also warned that 'the international situation is complex and ever-changing, with risks and challenges lurking beneath the surface. If we let our guard down, it could lead to irreparable losses for the country and its people.'
After the official announcement of the downfall and trial of Zhang Youxia, the highly respected Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, and Liu Zhenli, a member of the Military Commission, at the end of January, the authorities listed 'five serious' charges against them. However, the National People's Congress of the Communist Party of China has yet to remove Zhang and Liu from their representative positions, indicating a discord among the Communist Party's high-ranking officials regarding Xi Jinping's actions against Zhang Youxia. Both sides are unwilling to back down, and the ongoing military purges over the past few years have led to unrest within the ranks of the People's Liberation Army. Should military morale collapse, the Communist Party will inevitably fall without the protection of arms.
The military newspaper of the People's Liberation Army has, to some extent, revealed the unease and critical weaknesses of Zhongnanhai.
Recently, a significant number of 'bridge watchers' have reappeared on pedestrian overpasses in downtown Beijing, aimed at preventing more individuals like 'Peng Lifafa (online name Peng Zaizhou)' from displaying banners that promote anti-Communist sentiments and ignite a widespread movement to overthrow the Communist Party. It is evident that the Communist Party is aware that it is sitting on the brink of an erupting volcano, and its rule is on the verge of collapse, which explains its desperate attempts to cling to power.
